As a Central Valley native, I have seen consistent growth up and down California's Hwy 99 primarily over the past decade, and coming out west was no exception. My name is Kaitlyn Lindsey and I currently reside in Lathrop, CA with my fiancé. I serve all of California but most familiar starting in Sacramento county down and the Tri-City area to Tulare County. What brought me to Lathrop in early 2021 was the River Island suburban community and the continued growth of Lathrop. There's so much potential here!

Prior to moving this way, I lived in Fresno, CA for 9 years and completed my Bachelors in Psychology at California State University, Fresno, “Go Bulldogs!.” I’m always striving to learn more in my career, becoming an agent in 2022 was never the stopping point. I am a certified probate REALTOR® and also in the process of becoming certified in foreclosure. Being that my parents were a victim of the 2008-2012 housing market crash, I definitely have a soft spot for those in a bind and close to foreclosure. Since then, many laws have been put in place to mitigate what happened during that time period, but nevertheless, foreclosures do happen and for various reasons and I would like to help with that.

EXIT Realty Consultants has been serving the communities of Turlock, Ceres, Modesto, Manteca, Tracy, Fresno and surrounding areas for over 8 years. We promote the values of family and community throughout our agent base and participate in many community events, such as our annual Betty McCoy Scholarship fund & Giving Tree. In my spare time I enjoy gardening. I have both inside and outside plants that range from decorative tropical plants to herbs, fruits and vegetables. My fiancé and I strive to eventually only eat our own produce and what better area to do that in than the Central Valley. My fiancé enjoys the culinary arts which I know nothing about, so learning about food and where it's sourced and how to cook has also become a passion of mine and has allowed me to enjoy the Central Valley and surrounding areas much more. There's so much locally sourced food out here!
